Motorola Droid, first known as the Motorola Sholes, was changed to Motorola Tao. Motorola Droid is not equipped with MotoBlur, but will support with Adobe Flash. Motorola Droid has a slider form the same side with the basic functions of Motorola Cliq. In addition, this phone still equipped with a QWERTY keyboard hidden behind the touchscreen display. Motorola Droid mobile phone will run on the system Android 2.0 or Eclair, with EVDO Rev.A on board for super-fast 3G access. As for the other connections in the form of GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR and USB 2.0.
Motorola Droid screen consists of size 3.7 inch, 480×854 pixel WVGA resolutions, with aspect ratio of 16:9. Devices are also measuring 2.4 x 4.6 x 0.5 inches, and weighs 6 oz. Motorola Droid phones have a resolution of 5 megapixel cameras and has image stabilizer, dual LED flash and autofocus. In addition, this camera can capture DVD quality video (720 x 480 pixels) at 24fps speed.
Messaging facility of Motorola Droid phones supported by Exchange, Gmail, POP3/IMAP, SMS, MMS, IM and visual voicemail. And of course, complete with integration to many Google services, like Maps, Search, Talk, Voice, Contacts, Calendar, Gmail and Android Market. Overall, Motorola Droid mobile phones is not too bad, because a lot of similar specifications with Motorola Cliq. Motorola Droid will be released starting in December 2009, plus a 600 MHz processor ARM Cortex A8, 3.5mm headphone jack, microSD card and 16GB of internal memory.

Great to see whats left of American Capitolism in action!
Nice post applesux – but i believe we will see the Droid in early Nov all rumors/pics/ads points to a release on 11/06/09 with the announcement on Oct 28th.
